    We have an excellent opportunity for a proven Physician/Clinical Recruiter to collaborate with the HR and leadership teams to create and implement recruitment, engagement/retention, development and benefits programs that reflect the company culture in an entrepreneurial, rapidly growing & changing business environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage Clinical recruitment at all levels (with a priority focus on Physician positions) for multiple sites, including new sites throughout Northern California
    • Create a robust sourcing plan for Physician & other key clinical positions- including development of relationships with residency programs, industry events, social media sourcing, online search, in-house marketing campaigns, and partnership with key external agency partners
    • Manage collaborative relationships with external agency sourcing partners
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for Physicians
    • Manage physician hiring information and administration of contracts
    • Keep current on clinical hiring trends and compensation ranges
    • Work with HR team to plan and direct human resources initiatives/projects related to recruitment, engagement/retention, development and benefits programs reflective of our company culture

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience required
    • Prior physician recruitment experience required with strong closing track record; Prior experience recruiting Psychiatrists a strong plus
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels within and outside the organization
    • Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, Social Media and Boolean Search strategies.
    • Action focused and proven ability to thrive in a startup and rapidly growing and changing business required
