    THE POSITION

     

    We are looking for an interim executive assistant to support the leadership team.  This will be an interim part time position (approximately 20 hours per week) and is ideal for a candidate looking for some schedule flexibility.  The ideal candidate must be able to handle details of highly confidential and critical nature, interact comfortably and skillfully with senior level executives within the company as well as with customers, vendors and visitors.  The individual will exhibit strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.  The ability to interact with all staff in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive resourceful and efficient is crucial to this role.

    Responsibilities

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Documenting meeting minutes
    • Track and manage weekly action items
    • Coordinating travel arrangements
    • Planning, organizing and managing multiple calendars
    • General Administrative support
    • Administrative support surrounding physician recruitment (setting interviews, managing schedules etc.)
    • Market research projects
    • Event planning and coordination

    Qualifications

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 2+ years of recent experience as an Executive Assistant in a high volume, dynamic office setting, healthcare industry experience a plus.
    • Proven track record managing confidential information
    • Proficiency managing Outlook Calendars, as well as other office suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
    • Self-motivated, team player with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
    • Strong critical thinking skills
    • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple deadlines at once.
