We are looking for a proven Interventional Psychiatry Program Manager responsible for working with the Medical Director of the Interventional Psychiatry and Director of the Sutter program and team to ensure effective program development and growth. This will include but not be limited efficient management of the program, schedule and workflow optimization, patient satisfaction, patient case management and support, physician support, problem solving and process improvements.  


  • Responsible for the outpatient intake scheduling and patient case management for the service
  • Point of contract with the Director of the Sutter program and interventional psychiatry team regarding planning, workflow, quality, compliance, management of escalated patient care issues
  • Manage schedule logistics of TMS HS physician schedules who are on the service rotation and provide operational support to physicians as needed
  • Coordinate scheduling of patients for procedures and data transfer point of contact for Sac office consultation
  • Outreach and practice development in conjunction with the Sutter practice development/marketing team
  • Develop and maintain quality outcomes repository for the program. Establish collaborative and effective cross departmental relationships to ensure smooth front end and back end clinic operations

  • BA degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field desired
  • 3+ years of recent experience as an Office Manager in a medical practice outpatient clinic setting, behavioral healthcare experience a plus. Experience working within an Interventional Psychiatry group in- patient and outpatient setting a plus
  • 2 + years of experience in training and quality assurance of clinic operations and function
  • Proven experience in working in a collaborative, team environment
  • Must maintain professional appearance and demeanor and interface well with patients in a mental-health setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
  • Positive, flexible, and solution-focused attitude
  • Strong computer skills including Electronic Medical Records, Email, Medical Scheduling Software, Outlook calendar management, and web searching. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and e-mail application experience required Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
  • Efficient self-starter with strong attention to detail and strong follow up skills
  • Practical knowledge of PHI and HIPAA regulations
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
