TMS Health Solutions is recruiting a Research Assistant/ EEG Technician to work on a project combining behavioral & neuroimaging techniques in the study of emotional processing and regulation in healthy subjects and patients with mood or anxiety disorders .The EEG Technician will work directly with the Clinical Research Coordinator and the Project Manager/Director of Clinic Operations to collect data for the study under the general direction of principal investigator.



Serve as primary contact with research participants, sponsors, and regulatory

agencies. Coordinate studies from startup through close-out.

  • Perform EEG tests on study participants according to protocol.
  • Coordinate collection of study specimens according to protocol.
  • Collect and manage patient data related to the research study.
  • Ensure compliance with research protocols
  • Attend weekly meetings with project manager/director of clinic operations



  • At least one year of experience working in a medical office is required.
  • Successful completion of EEG Certification (training and certification provided during the initial period of employment).
  • Experience working with patients who are suffering from anxiety and depression preferred. Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and interface well with patients in a mental-health setting required.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
  • An Associates or Bachelors Degree strongly preferred, but candidates with patient care experience will be strongly considered.
  • Strong facility with computers and database programs
