We are looking to add a detail oriented, energetic Practice Development Outreach Coordinator to our team. The Practice Development Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for providing detailed administrative, logistics and clerical support. The overall goal of this position is to expand and develop relationships with providers/clinics in the Orange County area.

  • Establish & build referral relationships
  • Set up appointments for TMS providers/staff to do presentation to large practices or facilities
  • Responsible for all day to day follow up with referrals
  • Provide information about practice, providers, and services to potential referring providers
  • Gather intel on provider’s interest in CME events collect contact information for invitations
  • Acts as a liaison between practice and providers
  • Serves as a role model and always maintains a professional image
  • Performs projects as assigned in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Performs research and prepares required & ad-hoc reports
  • Assemble marketing collateral materials


Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-2 years’ experience in healthcare environment plus
  • 6 months – 2 years’ experience in sales/ account management a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
  • An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but candidates with relevant care experience will be strongly considered
  • Proficiency with MS Office required, Salesforce knowledge a plus
  • Ability to easily travel throughout greater Orange County region
